My Grandfather Mario collected hundreds of varieites of fig trees throughout his life and records on each tree. He experimented with different growing styles, pruning techniques and more. At the peak of his fig years my Grandfather had between 350-400 different varieties of figs. From there he slowly dwindled the number down keeping what he knew to be the best of the best. After his passing I decided to continue the fig legacy keeping the trees growing while supplying family and friends with some of the best tasting figs In the country.
